Coaching is on as usual this week. The topic for the Sprogs group will be braking and Rik will be covering the stop box drill. Please ensure that your brakes are working. The Yoofs session will be another great mix of riding in the woods with coaching on trail specific technique.

Finally, many thanks to everyone who has responded on the question of changing the coaching to Mondays. The majority of those that have responded have been favourable towards Mondays while a few of you would face a difficult choice against other activities and some just cannot do Mondays. We have our next committee meeting on the 30th June and will make the final decision on Mondays then.
