Coaching is on as usual this Thursday for both the Sprogs and Yoofs groups. Please aim to get to the Castle for 1700 for the U12 Sprogs group and for 1845 for the U16 Yoofs group. The finish times are 1830 and 2030 respectively. This week, the Yoofs will be heading up to the pump track at the far end of the red route to practise pumping skills. Please remember to bring something to drink as this could be thirsty work.
We are considering moving our coaching sessions to Monday nights in the near future and would appreciate any thoughts that you might have on this suggestion. We are bringing up this change after four years of running our coaching sessions on Thursday nights, because we are unable to have support from our Scottish Cycling RDC on a Thursday night due to a conflict with another club. Finally, please note that the Heathhall Dirt Crit results are now available on the blog along with the D&G youth Series league standings after the first two rounds. Furthermore, the next round of the series is on the 1st July at Ae Forest and details of this are posted on the blog here.
