Drumlanrig Root Rats Coaching Monday 31st August

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF VENUE FOR THIS WEEK'S YOOFS SESSION AND IT'S RACE TIME AGAIN THIS THURSDAY Root Rats coaching is on this Monday for both the Sprogs and Yoofs groups.  It is business as usual for the Sprogs, who will start at 1715 and finish at 1830 at the Castle.  However, this week's Yoofs session will be held at Mabie Forest and the arrangements for Yoofs are as follows.  Meet at just outside the Mabie Forest Bike Shop at 1830, finish at the same location at 2000.   Please note that car parking is restricted outside the Mabie Bike Shop, but plenty of parking is available in the Forestry car park just down the hill.  The session will focus on the Mini DH course that will used in Thursday's race, but we intend to take the opportunity to hit the Mabie trails for at least part of the session. This week sees the last race in the D&G Youth MTB series take place at Mabie Forest.    As usual, we are looking forward to a really strong turnout from the Root Rats, many of whom are looking to clinch the top spots in their respective series. Registration starts at 17:45 on Thursday just outside the Mabie Forest bike shop and more details of the event can be found on the Root Rats Blog.
