Next Tuesday will be the next of our series of trail building sessions. Please come along at 18:30 and join in. Don't forget to bring a spade and / or a rake, gardening gloves, suitable clothes and something to drink.

The next session in the Scottish Cycling Regional School of Racing Programme is a Mountain Bike session being held at Cathkin Braes Country Park in the South of Glasgow near Castlemilk, which will also be the venue for the 2014 Commonwealth Games Mountain Bike Race. The aim of the session is to allow riders the opportunity to practice and learn some inside tips for the upcoming round of the Scottish Cross Country Mountain Bike (http://www.sxc.org.uk/) series being held in the park on the 9th of August. The Glasgow RDC, Rab Wardell will be leading the coaching activities on the day and Paul Newnham the Scottish Mountain Bike Talent Team coach for Scotland will be helping out. The session will be open to riders aged 12 to 18 year olds (under 12’s will e considered based on ability) and will begin at 10am and finish at 3pm with a break for lunch which will not be provided. Please get in touch with Robert Wardell on robert.wardell@scottishcycling.org.uk 07508 040 069 if you would like to take part.
